I received the katana half of my daisho set. I chose the 28.4 bi-hi blade, blue tsuka. The photos don’t do the katana justice. Folded blade is beautiful, shows layers very well. Katana is solid, nothing loose. Saya is perfect with no rattles. Katana is light with Bo-hi and handles very nice. I consider this a value, compared to the competition. I have a Thaitsuki hoso. This is easily compares to that. Overall I am very pleased with katana. Appealing appearance, handles great. Worth the wait you may have. Cannot wait to get the wakisashi.
