- postage and handling times can take longer than usual standard postage time due to the nature of products(custom/post officer treat them as dangerous good) and the postage take from 1 to 2 weeks worldwide. All our swords are fully hand-made(as you already know – “very very very long delivery time”)
- Please edit your postal address before check out, as we ONLY send items to your account registered shipping address.
- All avaliable stocks will be dispatched within 1-3 working days when full payment is received and availability confirmed, Please view the purchase status on your “My Account” Payment received or Item posted.
- We use USPS with Registered for delivery of our products. Please allow 5-7 working days to be delivered in US, international buyers please allow 7-14 working days for the delivery time.
- Notes for All International Buyers: Your country’s custom can hold up your item for regular scans and checks, the time can be up to 2 working weeks. However, they have never been returned or refuse to delivery our items once in the past! In sum, it will be matter of time before receiving your order!
